Contact Form (Website Check Request)

When you submit the form on /kontakt, the following information is processed: first name, last name, company, website URL, email, optional phone number, message, current CMS, and current provider. This data is used solely to process your inquiry and is sent by email to info@elbona.ch.

Purpose & Retention Period

This data serves to answer your inquiry and – if a business relationship is established – to fulfill the contract. Inquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for processing. Data from concluded contracts is retained in accordance with legal retention requirements (accounting records: 10 years under Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

Recipients / Service Providers
