Which websites do you take care of?
Primarily WordPress websites. Other systems after review.
Does my website need to be hosted with you?
No. Care is generally possible independent of hosting, as long as the necessary access is available.
What happens if an update causes problems?
A backup exists before critical changes. If problems occur, we roll back to the last working version wherever technically possible.
Are new content changes included?
Only in the Plus plan, within the defined scope. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Do you take on every website?
No. A technical check happens before we start. Severely outdated, compromised or custom-built systems may first need a paid clean-up.
What happens if a website gets hacked?
We don't promise unlimited free malware clean-up. Security clean-up is clearly regulated by contract.
